While most people get that Monday morning feeling, you could be sat in the cab, shaping a new wetland, restoring habitats and making a real difference to the countryside*.

​

You could be working on habitat creation, river restoration, wetland projects and environmental improvements – no two days are the same!

​

We work a strong working week, but you get to go home everyday and weekends are your own.

​

Excellent digger and tractor skills are a bonus, but if you’re keen to learn and enthusiastic about machinery, we’re happy to teach you all you need to know. We’ll provide you with the opportunity to develop all the skills and qualifications you need.
